Still under investigation, but Officials Say this ladder truck number 13 was on its way to reports of a structure fire when it crashed here in this busy west philly neighborhood. And you can see some of the damage left behind. This is a building that got its front side taken out. The cars and debris have since been removed and this entire thing was caught on video. In the minutes before the crash Surveillance Video captures people walking baltimore avenue, workers are out on the sidewalk. Then out of nowhere the ladder truck slides down the street and crashes into parked cars. Boom, like a bomb. Reporter well slow that video down.
