Reporter tonight investigators from the fbi, department of justice and local Law Enforcement are still on bobcat lane, where the killings began about 8 00 this morning. 43yearold kevin jansen neil, armed with at least a semi automatic rifle and two handguns, opened fire onnas neighbors, killing a woman he had attacked before.
