It quickly to five alarms and they tell us they immediately had to make a lot of rescues and so here is now video number two and you can see seniors that they got out of that building and put them just on the street, close by, but out of harms way at first. As you can imagine its a little chaotic during the evacuation, you know, there were some folks that were evacuated out to west chester university, some folks frankly family they went home with family so were still trying to account for everybody. Reporter from chopper6 we see another view of how intense the flames were. It was a dire situation and by witness accounts there was little time to get get the residents out. In two minutes it was engulfed in flames. Reporter the call in just before 10 30. Running backing in right into the fire at that time it was raging. Reporter but knew they couldnt do it alone so he and his neighbors ran into the burning building to help. Instead of waiting i just went in, myself and other people just were going in the building, we were getting people out. As i was going in and out i noticed my neighbors were going in and out and everybody was doing everything they could to help the fire department. Reporter at a News Conference just about two hours ago officials told us at least 27 residents have been injured and at this point theyre still trying to account for everyone after the chaotic night. Were still compiling a list and working a list with the owners of the facility itself and trying to get a solid fix on everybody on all the residents and that they have all been accounted for. This is not a major danger but you need to watch out this morning. This is now 4 00 in the afternoon. I think the focus of the strongest winds as its passing through the area. Its a windy day no matter how you slice it. There have already been reports in this range particularly overnight in the midnight hours or so. We saw some high gusts reporting in areas like delaware, burks county had gusts above 40 Miles Per Hour.
