​Dabur India promoter Burman family on Wednesday bought a 3.6 per cent stake in diversified financial services group Religare Enterprises for Rs 277 crore through open market transactions.
While Goldman Sachs has invested about Rs 72 crore for 15 lakh shares, Nomura India Stock Mother Fund has picked up 5 lakh shares for about Rs 23 crore through bulk deals.
The investment firm sold 7,05,389 shares, representing 1.5% stake in the paint maker, at Rs 1,475.32 a share, according to bulk deals data on the National Stock Exchange.
The asset management firm sold 2,62,37,880 shares of the Nykaa brand owner at Rs 188.83 a share, bulk deals data showed. Shares of Nykaa parent ended 3% down on the National Stock Exchange at Rs 187.60.
Stellaris Ventures has offloaded 32.17 lakh shares or 1% stake in Mamaearth at Rs 437 apiece, according to the exchange data. Through the stake sale, Stellaris bagged Rs 140.6 crore. It was unclear who the buyers were in the transaction. The stock was listed in November last year, but soon fell prey to lofty valuations, relegating the stock to its lowest level of Rs 256.
