Perry already stated, this is a requested permit, a portion of a small vacant and unleasable retail space in the mixed use montgomery washington tower to be converted in a Building Management office and shared tenant amenity space. This was a shared office use and that requires conditional use approval on the ground floor. This has been vacant for a number of years by its undesirable onsite. Its partially below grade, theres really no visiblity from the street and lacks a lot of window. The only at grade portion of the site with street frontage is being maintained as a small retail use.
