I attended the Community Meetings before the retro fit of north basin. When asked why south basin was not being receipt retrofitt d retrofitted, it made no reference to north basin. In the puc report from 2018, the report states that both basins have been retrofitted. In the current 10year capital plan, the plan does refer to south basin.
