When Maryland staved off a Johns Hopkins upset bid in the regular-season finale, head coach John Tillman said it was exactly what his team needed headed into the postseason.

Down 6-11 midway through the third, Michigan head coach Kevin Conroy could do nothing but rest his hands on his hips. Maryland was just better Thursday night.
