Six people were killed in valhalla about 20 miles north of new york city when a train collided with an suv. As investigators continue to look into the tragic wreck, the big question theyre facing is why did the driver stop her suv on the tracks. Don champion reports. Reporter 24 hours after the fiery crash, the cars of the metro north train were toed back down the tracks. Earlier on wednesday whats left of the suv that triggered the deadly collision was lifted from the front of the train. The drive e of that vehicle was identified as 49yearold ellen brodie. Investigators say ellen had just been diverted from the scene of another accident as she drove on the track os as the wooded arms came down around her.
