Also showing up here today, five protesters who came up all the way from Lake Los Angeles area. They made the trip last night. They want hubbart out of their neighborhood. His prison sentence ended in 1996 was deemed a sexually violent predator and confined to a state Mental Hospital until 2013 when doctors concluded after nearly 20 years he was fit for release. People say theyve been in front of his house every single day since he has moved there. They want him to go back to the state Mental Health hospital. Im not willing to risk anybody elses life or the rest of their wellbeing in order to just say, well you know the guy served his time. Let him go. Thats unacceptab

Reporter Baltimore Deputy Police Commissioner kevin davis confirmed today that freddie gray, who was taken into custody after fleeing from police, had already been injured before he was carried to the police van. And quite frankly, thats exactly where freddie gray should have received medical attention, and he did not. Reporter he may have been further injured during a circuitous 30minute ride to the Police Station. Witnesses describe a scene of chaos and panic as hundreds scrambled onto the streets to get away from the buildings collapsing around them. The relentless tremors are making many afraid to go back inside. The quake toppled temples that have stood for centuries. A 19th century landmark in katmandu the nine story tower has been reduced to rubble. People searched for survivors trapped underneath the popular tourist site. We begin tonight in nepal where the police say more than 1,000 people are dead after the worst earthquake there in more than 80 years. The quake hit nepal, a small impoverished nation sandwiched between india and tibet in the himalayan mountains, around noon today. To give you a sense of just how strong this earthquake was the magnitude of 7. 8 makes it 16 times more powerful than the earthquake that devastated haiti in 2010. Mount everest is in 53 nepal, and the quake caused a deadly avalanche at the climbers base camp. Tens of thousands of people in nepal are now spending a chilly stormy night out in the open.
