Look at the outbreak of heavy downpours in the east bay out over highway 24 toward walnut creek, over 680 between walnut creek and san ramon. Farther north up around concord along portions of highway 4. Now, over the south bay and the peninsula its just one blob of steady rain. Its a mess there.
