Solving the problems of the community. Thank you. Next speaker . Good morning, my name is dr. Joseph bryant. A pastor of the Community Church which is part of the southeast sector. We moved to this area because we love that community. We have been residents there for the past 9 years. We have moved to that area that expand that large territory. This project is key to the development and continued expansion of what is going on in the southeast sector. This is a first class city that deserves first class communities and that deserves to be one. With all the other things going on in that neighborhood, we want to see this improvement, we want to see the opportunities. When the opportunities knock. We want those doors to open. The deferred maintenance, the digesters can no longer operate and if there is a big one, hundreds of homes will be inundated with raw sewage. So simply put, whether we like it or not because the supervisors do not follow the trend or that proposition, you need to give your blessings because you represent the constituents and because the residents are suffering and this maintenance job has to be done. One of the reasons we have to do this right now is to capture sand and the aggregate that is going to further impact this treatment plant. The technology that you cited and alternative number for, when you said that the waste is consumed before it goes into the final drawing. Yeah. Is it consumed by what . What it is is it is broken down. So it is not consumed but it is by virtue of being introduced to the High Pressure and the high steam, the sludge is broken down at a moleculer level and so when it enters into the digester, the bacteria that we typically use for the digestion process has an easier time to consume it. And so that it makes it easier for the digestion process, therefore, making the digestion process more efficient and more effective reducing the over all size of the digestion that we need and reducing the over all product that they have. And emissions. And emissions yes. And the bacteria that is used in this process and that is similar to the bacteria that is used in the oil spilled consumption. I do not know sir, i do not know what is being spilled. But the bacteria that we do use, in the digestion proces

I do not know sir, i do not know what is being spilled. But the bacteria that we do use, in the digestion process which is a mesofile is a very, standard, type of bacteria that we use in the industry and i have an example and in los angeles and chicago where they use the digestion, they use the same type of bacteria.
