Reporter one girl stepped forward after her mother saw a questionable text. She reported it to the School District in october, 2014 he was allowed to continue teaching. The legal team says the two victims could have been spared if the victim had taken action th then. But for the failure of the School District, these children would not have to suffer the way theyre suffering today. Reporter the lawsuit is seeking damages for Emotional Distress and negligence.
