JawaPos.com – Dua penyidik nonaktif Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang menangani perkara dugaan suap pengadaan bantuan sosial (bansos) penanganan Covid-19, Praswad Nugraha dan Muhammad Nur Yoga, menyerahkan nota pembelaan (pleidoi) ke Dewan Pengawas KPK. Hal ini terkait dugaan pelanggaran etik saat kedua penyidik nonaktif tersebut memeriksa saksi Agustri Yogasmara alias Yogas.
Dalam pledoi tersebut, para penyidik yang dilaporkan oleh saksi kasus suap bansos Covid-19, Agustri Yogasmara alias Yogas, menyatakan proses pelaporan dugaan pelanggaran etik tak lepas dari upaya pihak tertentu untuk menghentikan proses penyidikan perkara. Sehingga proses penyidikan perkara pengadaan bansos Covid-19 tak akan terbongkar sampai akarnya.
