People are in the dark tonight. According to con ed, 1700 are without power in new york city, most in brooklyn. 2600 in westchester county. Psg long island reports 7,200 have no power. In connecticut, 31,000 people still without power. High winds downed power lines, sparking several fires across westchester county. This was the scene in new rochelle.
