Yesterday the District Attorneys Office announced 15 yearold Adrian Gonzalez will be prosecuted as an adult for murder, kidnapping and sexual assault. He could face life in prison if convicted. When they looked at it as the murder of a small child and what else happened, the crime rose to the level that he needed to face societys greater punishment. According to the San Francisco chronicle, sources say gonzalez told police he was thinking about suicide and killed the girl to see how people would react. So last night on our show, i took a senator from louisiana, bill cassidy, i took him to task for promising to my face that he would oppose any Health Care Plan that allowed Insurance Companies to turn people with preexisting conditions away, and any Health Care Plan that had an annual or lifetime cap on how much they would pay out for medical care.
