She then managed to escape and called police. Detectives are actively investigating the kidnapping and believe it is the same suspect who committed the kidnapping at the top of the Hill Apartments on february 13th. Reporter that february 13th incident took place at the top of the Hill Apartments north of wilmington. The similar Sexual Assault and robbery routine. During the ordeal, the suspect assaulted the victim by striking her in the face. Detectives further learned the suspect had unlawful sexual contact with the victim while in the vehicle.
