Brea. Were talking about a 5. 1 tembler, followed by dozens of after shocks. Among the issues right now, power outages, which means traffic lights and street lights are out. Our chopper is on site. You can see the traffic lights are out in many areas, including the la habra area. You can see the streets just filled with water. At this hour the l. A. Fire department is still out looking for damage in la habra and surrounding cities, looking for more water main breaks. So far no reports of injuries.
