Wilmington Area School Board during its Tuesday meeting unanimously approved a three-year pay plan for three administrators who will be making at least $104,000 by the final year.
Decatur Police have identified the victim of a shooting that occurred on Jan. 28 in the 1500 block of Commerce Drive around 10:59 p.m. The victim was identified as 34-year-old Randy Sanford of Decatur.
