The proposed pipeline would cut through the state and has been stirring up a lot of controversy. Right now the hearing is scheduled for next week in boone, and the iowa utilities board is adding 210 speakers to the meeting. But some people arent happy with how those speaking opportunities are being divided. Local 5s amanda krenz is here now with the latest. Amanda bam the iowa utilities board looked at several options for an organized way to hear Public Comment at the hearing. Because there are a lot of people with opinions on the pipeline.
