The New Castle Fire Department responded to the Scottish Rite Cathedral on Lincoln Avenue Friday when a cable to a stage lighting system reportedly caught fire.
During the ceremony, members of the Allentown Police Department and citizens of the community will receive awards, as approved by the Commendation Committee.
