Reporter there were chaotic moments after there was a break in the water main and sent a plume of thick, white steam up above 58th street. This afternoon inside the home, the cause still unknown. The police say it does not appear to be suspicious. You can see from the video the intense flames shooting out of this house. Firefighters tried to get in right when they got here, but because of the strong smoke and the fire, it really kept them back for quite some time. Eight Fire Departments responded. When fire investigators were finally able to get into the home, they found the two victims on the first floor of the house in the same room. Neighbors tell us they ran to the home when they first saw the flames. I started to hear sounded like an elderly lady inside screaming help. I called immediately, i called 911 immediately.
