Rule aimed at people who may not be able to pay their home and business mortgages because of the ongoing Coronavirus Crisis. Now, when Congress Passed and President Trump signed the 2 trillion c. A. R. E. S. Act, they approved some relief for people with federally backed home mortgages. People in this group can ask for a forbearance of loan payments for up to 180 days. There are a few catches. People would still be required to pay those payments when they return to work either in full or at the end of the term of the mortgage. Here in california, governor gavin newsom announced a deal with more than 200 banks that hold private mortgages to do the same for 90 days. But there are still gaps. Roughly a dozen states are offering drivethrough covid19 testing. Some people confused by special requirements for testing like an appointment or doctors note at christiane Care Hospital in delaware, they tested 536 people in four hours. One in one side of the nose and one in the other side and put it inside the tube and close it off and send it with their individual information. Reporter the white house says 2,000 labs will have the ability to conduct tests by sometime today processing nearly 2 million tests by the end of the week each test could take hours or days to process. But across much of the country, frustration at the lack of tests and slow results a virginia man who returned from a trip to new york is now unconscious on a ventilator and in icu it took three days to get a positive test result. Like hes sleeping but, you know, hes got all these tubes and hes on his stomach and just doing everything they can to keep him alive, but its heartbreaking. I just want him to come home

As the chair for our union shes not reached out to me as far as i know. Reporter the grad students are on day 10 of their strike thats gained National Attention and support among the uc grad system. This is video of a solidarity rally at uc berkeley today where students took over a dining hall. Its a big risk for them to fire us. Reporter but threat of losing their jobs means more than just a financial loss to many students. For International Students it means losing the entire opportunity to be here. We cant pay tuition. We put our visas in jeopardy. Its r ey doncare about graduate students when they make threats like that.
