What they are looking at is exactly where it will hit. They arent saying it is not going to hit. Some forecasters are saying is Storm Surge could be higher than what it was in Hurricane Katrina which left more than 1,300 people dead. The evacuations, though, this time are the benefit of what we learned, we pray, from katrina. So many people moving out of the way. Not everybody, but most.
