The weekend when calvin washington was arrested on dui charges. According to an incident report obtained by wach fox news, the county counsel member crash into another vehicle. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and two people from the other car were taken to the hospital. One needed surgery and was unconscious. The report goes on to state that the officer who arrested washington could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath the notice bloodshot hospital.
