The Class 12 exam was earlier scheduled to be held on May 12 but was postponed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. The state government has decided to conduct the examinations in a meeting with stakeholders and education department officials in Guwahati. The exam details are yet to be released and are expected to be announced in the next 10 days.

Jammu Kashmir board exam 2021: JKBOSE class 11, 12 exams cancelled

Jun 09, 2021, 21:39 PM IST New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday (June 9) announced that JKBOSE board exams for class 11 and class 12 have been cancelled in the union territory in the wake of COVID-19 coronavirus situation. He said a detailed procedure for publishing of results along with a scheme of marking will be completed by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) shortly. In view of safety and well-being of students due to Covid pandemic, all pending JKBOSE Examinations session 2020-21 (Regular/Private) for final exams of class XI and XII across JKUT for which examination/results are awaited, are cancelled, reads the official tweet of J&K L-T Manoj Sinha.

Haryana to declare Class 12 board results on basis of internal assessment

Haryana Education Minister said, "The state government will follow the directions of the Central government in regarding the Class XII examination of Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani and will conduct an internal assessment based on which the results will be declared soon."

Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Goa, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat have cancelled Class 12 board exams in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. States like UP, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu are yet to take a decision.

CBSE board exams 2021: Class 12 examinations cancelled in view of COVID-19 pandemic In the view of COVID-19 pandemic, CBSE Class 12 exams have been cancelled this year. As reported by ANI, in view of uncertain conditions due to COVID-19 and feedback obtained from stakeholders, it has been decided that Class 12 Board Exams would not be held this year. CBSE to take steps to compile results of Class 12 students as per well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner. Like last year, in case some students desire to take the exams, such an option would be provided to them by CBSE, as and when the situation becomes conducive. The results will be made as per well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner.
