Nafiz Modack returned to court on Monday in preparation for a mega bail application.
In the Bishop Lavis leg of the court case, Modack is alleged to have corrupted an Anti-Gang Unit member for inside information on raids.
The matters will be consolidated into one big application in Blue Downs on 14 May.
