Nafiz Modack back in court

Nafiz Modack returned to court on Monday in preparation for a mega bail application. 
In the Bishop Lavis leg of the court case, Modack is alleged to have corrupted an Anti-Gang Unit member for inside information on raids. 
The matters will be consolidated into one big application in Blue Downs on 14 May. 
Suspected Cape Town underworld figure Nafiz Modack returned to the Bishop Lavis Magistrate's Court on Monday in the latest appearance for the numerous criminal cases he now faces.

Modack complained that he had to sleep on hard concrete, and that he had needed a doctor to attend to his kidney problems as a result.
