It is considered the largest multicultural celebration on the west coast. Carnival is up about the party but about neighborhood and community. I sat down with the executive reducer to talk about what it means to the people who call the mission home. To really understand carnivale you have to understand the neighborhood that posted it for four decades. It has the most amount of murals and in the whole world. You wont find this in any other neighborhood. The murals are everywhere. And each one tells a story. Reporter as you may imagine there is a mural depicting story of carnival.
