Addressing a meeting of the BJP's national office-bearers ahead of the start of the party's convention, Modi said every booth worker should now focus on polling booths and ensure at least 370 more votes for the party at each in the upcoming polls than in 2019.
As many as 1500 delegates – including all national office bearers, union ministers, MPs, former MPs, MLAs, state unit office bearers, zilla presidents and general secretaries, etc. – will attend the meet.
Addressing more than 300 party leaders, Nadda said Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government since coming to power in 2014 worked for the welfare of the poor and India’s standing has risen manifold during his second term, with the country becoming the fifth largest economy, said party general Vinod Tawde.
