The sammelan has become a regular feature for the party, which invites people from different backgrounds such as doctors, engineers, businessmen and entrepreneurs in a bid to spread its message.
Addressing more than 300 party leaders, Nadda said Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government since coming to power in 2014 worked for the welfare of the poor and India’s standing has risen manifold during his second term, with the country becoming the fifth largest economy, said party general Vinod Tawde.
