The quake triggered a tsunami warning for the entire west coast. There was a warning for alaska, canada, and then we had that watch in effect for washington, oregon, and california. This morning we have not seen any major waves but it was a very tense morning for folks who live onboard boats in the harbor. You can barely see the roadway from our camera on the Golden Gate Bridge. Southbound 101 near spencer. If you are coming down to the golden gate there are reports of a new crash. You can see traffic is going to be okay at the bay bridge toll plaza. Traffic is backed up all the way to macarthur, but it is not too bad. We are also looking at the san mateo bridge were traffic here is okay. A crash could be causing some delays. We do not see a lot of slow traffic, but southbound 17 still has two lanes block by two big rigs that are stall. Right now you cannot drive from santa cruz on highway 17.
