Apple accusing samsung of stealing its ideas. And today, a jury agreed as our mark sayre reports, samsung now owes apple 900 million but jurors from the trial say its more than just the money. Reporter since the Legal Process does not move as fast as the pace of technology, this case surrounds some older products including the Samsung Galaxy s2. A previous jury found samsung did violate apples patents but this jury was tasked with deciding a big portion of the damages. Some jurors say they feel apple simply made a better case that it was harmed and samsung didnt put on enough evidence nor witnesses. We had way more information from apple.
