New details about a bizarre incident at the oakland airport. Deputies say a man hunt has turned into a recovery operation after a man breached the airport gates and drove half a mile on to the run way. It all started when a deputy tried to pullover a chevy pickup truck. The driver sped up on to an airport access road and drove right through the gate. After driving on to the tarmac, he ditched his car and fled on foot. He ended up jumping into the bay.
