In less than an hour residents in marin could lose power and the shutoffs are expected to sweep across a large portion of the east bay and the peninsula. Impressive totals that fell around marin county and mill valley. 2 to 3 inches of rain. In the east bay, more than an inch and a half of rain. Downtown san jose about. 4 inch of rain. 4 inches of rain though out around ben loehmann. And downtown San Francisco more than an inch of rain. And the mobile radar scanning the sky and showing you that the rain has moved on. And now a chilly start to the morning. North bay temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s tomorrow morning.
