Learned a few minutes ago that highway 84 in livermore will be closed until 7 00 p. M. This is a major artery of the tri valley and its already been closed for more than 12 hours. You see our nbc chopper overhead. It closed this morning after this deadly crash involving three separate cars and a big rig. That big rig actually ended up on its side on an embankment. This happened at 4 45 this morning between vineyard avenue and value seat owes road. They cannot get the road open because they dont have enough workers to clear the debris. Theres no word yet on what caused this crash, but one man driving one of the cars was killed. Three other drivers were hospitalized.
