Then continued to rumage through her home. We spoke to neighbors who said they are now very worried. That the Alameda County Sheriffs Office says was used to ram one of their motorcycle officers. They say the deputy tried to pull over the driver for speeding a little after 930 am. It turned out the suv was stolen. And here on arbor ave in hayward just off the 880 freeway the driver allegedly put the vehicle in reverse and hit the cop while still on the bike. The cop was dragged for 1520 feet. Once free of the motorcycle. The driver allegedly tried once again to run the deputy down. The suspect then put the car into drive, drove at the officer again we believe to run him overand to kill him. The officer pulled out his weapon fired into the vehicle. Eureka valley awas an active train stop starting around world war one. All the way until the 70s. Thats when the Market Street subway system was built.
