This is the scene in the 1800 block of east clementine street in east kensington. Some of the firefighters and police are still working here at the scene at the moment, but the fire started at 10 40 last night with heavy flames initially on the first floor of this home. Firefighters found a man dead on the second floor. Now before they got here, another man jumped out of a secondfloor window. He is at temple hospital right now in stable condition.
