Two resolutions were read and adopted by the House of Delegates on Tuesday at its annual meeting. Resolution number one ratified the actions of the Board over the past year since the 2022 annual meeting in Kansas City. Number two resolved that no PBM shall amend an agreement, provider manual, or other contractual term or document by fax and shall send a minimum of three electronic alerts to the pharmacy owner, or pharmacists in charge on record with the PBM, a minimum of 30 days before any contractual terms go into effect.
