Two resolutions were read and adopted by the House of Delegates on Tuesday at its annual meeting. Resolution number one ratified the actions of the Board over the past year since the 2022 annual meeting in Kansas City. Number two resolved that no PBM shall amend an agreement, provider manual, or other contractual term or document by fax and shall send a minimum of three electronic alerts to the pharmacy owner, or pharmacists in charge on record with the PBM, a minimum of 30 days before any contractual terms go into effect.

Simmons Independent Pharmacist of the Year award. Tolle was honored with the award today at NCPA’s Annual Convention in Orlando.
At the second General Session of the 2023 NCPA Annual Convention at the Orange County Convention Center, NCPA President Hugh Chancy took the stage to the chorus of Survivor's 1982 song "Eye of the Tiger" to welcome a packed hall.
