Nobody should be living in those environments, and so, what i am saying is, move these people now, and we should have moved them a month ago, and the people that you could not move, for whatever reason, should have been sleeping 6 feet apart, should have had temperature checks, should have had masks and gloves. They did not do that, and so now we have an outbreak.
