9, eyewitness news. Marion county man is facing sexually battery charges accused of performing a sex act on a 17yearold boy. 60yearold Charles Elder was arrested. Myrt price talked into elders criminal history. Hes been arrested before. Reporter yeah, hes been arrested before few never for now. Its horrible. Neighbors were shock ed ed when they learned this man, Charles Elder is facing charges for committing a sex act on a he used to live in this home in ocala and crime occurred. Back in 2015 the victim claims he was there to help him with his laptop and he gave him marijuana and they got high. After he fell asleep he awoke to the victim performing a sex act on him. He claimed its okay because the teen said it was okay. He paid the child with marijuana. Still he committed a crime. They are worried there kwoub could be there could be other victims out there.
