Neighbors were shock ed ed when they learned this man, Charles Elder is facing charges for committing a sex act on a he used to live in this home in ocala and crime occurred. Back in 2015 the victim claims he was there to help him with his laptop and he gave him marijuana and they got high. After he fell asleep he awoke to the victim performing a sex act on him. He claimed its okay because the teen said it was okay. He paid the child with marijuana. Still he committed a crime. They are worried there kwoub could be there could be other victims out there. They did indicate that we should look for other potential victims. We saw hes been arrested for drug possession and dui but no previous sex crime convictions. Reporter now we asked the Sheriffs Office why did it take the victim so long to come forward. The spokesperson told us that she didnt know but she victim and he decided to come forward so that Something Like this wouldnt happen to anyone else. Kimberly reid was arraigned for violating probation. We just found out two students who claim they were attacked by a homeless man on their way to school were brothers. Where they believe bear might try to cross i4 to look for food. Youre driving in a small car doing the speed limit and hit a 400 or 500 pound bear could be devastating. 20 bears have been hit on i4 in Seminole County in the last 6 years. We found even with trash locked up the animals are still looking for food here. Special fencing like what weve shown you along i4 in Volusia County as well as state road 46 in lake may not be an easy addition here. This area in Seminole County is built up already. Theres churches, homes, residents. Fencing just added along the parkway costs nearly a half Million Dollars for just a small portion. As of right now no one has offered to fund similar fencing here. So now well go and consult with engineers and theyll be able to determine what will be needed. The family at this home on rio grande said it just missed two children who just walked out of the room. God that nothing really devastating happened. It still needs 350,000 to complete the 3,100 square foot space. A spokesperson told me they raised 60 of their goal through community and private donations and hope more people will step up. Hes so confident that some feel some of that money at the same time never and day out. Airport officials said they have restrictions on how they request allocate money and since the uso is a nonprofit they can want just cut a check and instead they have been helping in other ways.
