He is and right here in this affidavit police specifically asked that the judge deny bond for lopez, the man connected in with the shooting, saying that anyone in the club who had a gun had no regard for human life. There is still an open and active investigation and he could be a danger to the community, but the judge gave him a 5,100 bond and he bailed out of jail in less than 4,800. The police chief says this was not a random shooting. There was a fight between two groups that escalated into a shooting. Those two groups began to shoot at each other.
