Today a judge in baltimore dismissed all charges against johnson involving the murder of North Carolina teen phylicia barnes. The judge cited insufficient evidence. Barnes disappeared while visiting her sister in baltimore back in 2010. Her body was found months later in the susquehanna river. Johnson was the sisters ex boyfriend and he was convicted of Second Degree murder back in 2013, but a judge ruled that prosecutors withheld evidence and granted johnson a new trial and that case led to a mistrial.
