The suspect, Jeboy James Poneles, 21, a resident of Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, is tagged as a high-value individual. Lt. Joven Mogato, chief of the City Drug Enforcement Unit, in a radio interview, said Poneles is a newly-identified drug personality, considering that young people are being used by drug syndicates as indicated in the arrests during operations. The arrested suspect was identified as Ahzer Villarosa, 36, who is believed to be a warehouseman of a major drug personality. During the operation at around 8:10 p.m., Villarosa sold the prohibited substance amounting to PHP50,000 to an undercover policeman, leading to his arrest. Maj.
