The suspect, Jonalyn "Mommy Jing" Bugalon, 49, considered a high-value individual, was collared along with alleged drug runner Juanito "Jerome" Artisano Jr., 54, a beautician and resident of Barangay Suay in the neighboring Himamaylan City.
