The suspect, Jeboy James Poneles, 21, a resident of Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, is tagged as a high-value individual. Lt. Joven Mogato, chief of the City Drug Enforcement Unit, in a radio interview, said Poneles is a newly-identified drug personality, considering that young people are being used by drug syndicates as indicated in the arrests during operations. Drug groups may be already starting to bring in supplies for the Masskara Festival
