Costa county fire says the boy was recovered in the water off of bethel island. Crews rushing to the scene earlier this evening after the boy was reported missing by his family. A rescue swimm r eventually found him submerged in the river about 25 minutes after the call went out, cpr was performed on the boy who was then taken to the hospital. San jose police got the call at 9 50 this morning of gunshots fired at the entrance to the strip mall at capitol expressway and copper field drive. I have confirmed with the police that two car loads full of men were initially involved in some sort of disturbance, one car started to chase another on capitol expressway and both cars turned into this parking lot which is where the police say the shooting occurred.
