Engineers are still trying to get a handle on what caused fatigue cracks on Weight Bearing undercarriage beams on a third of septas rail car fleet. So just how long will these delays last . The platform is packed as people try to catch a train out of the city. Septa even offering refunds and credits to customers who bought those weekly and monthly Regional Rail passes. Its also asking commuters to try and change their schedules and their routines to ease the headaches many people felt this morning and are going to feel tonight. Its pretty bad.
