New housing and adding in law units into the existing envelope of buildings is a terrific and more affordable way of doing that. No one advocated to me in the interim controls have some sort of lock down where we prevent people from adding to their homes or building new units. No one took that position. Instead everyone agreed or i think largely agreed with the flexible approach that we take which allows for significant additions without going into the real mega home territory, and even then its not a ban.
